  AutoProspect is designed to help users monitor LinkedIn public posts for specific keywords and receive notifications when new opportunities appear.

  You do not need to register or create an account to use the Service. All your data is stored locally on your device and is not accessible by us.

• Responsible Use:
  You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and LinkedIn’s terms of service.

• Prohibited Activities:

  • Do not use AutoProspect for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose.

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the extension or website.

  • Do not use automated means to misuse or disrupt the Service.

• Local Storage:
  All data, including keywords and collected leads, is stored locally in your browser. We do not collect, transmit, or access your personal data or browsing information.

• No Data Sharing:
  We do not sell, share, or access your stored information.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including but not limited to its name, logo, design, code, and content, is owned by Skywinds Solutions and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• AutoProspect interacts with LinkedIn’s website but is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

• You are solely responsible for complying with LinkedIn’s own terms and policies.

• We are not responsible for any actions taken by LinkedIn, including but not limited to account restrictions, suspensions, or other limitations.

8. No Warranty

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not warrant that AutoProspect will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability
